Best Kept Secret In Holy Bible

Today's Message

The Conversion of Saul by Michelangelo 1542-45

Besides the Cross, We Believe the Singular Event
That Marked the Beginning of the Present Age of Grace
was the Salvation of God's Worst Human Enemy:
Saul of Tarsus in Acts Chapter 9 Saul then Became Known as the Apostle Paul

The Biggest, Best Kept Secret in The Bible

That He “gave himself a ransom for all”, was a message “to be testified in due time.” (1stTim. 2:6b). Why? Because before this message was revealed to Paul salvation was of the Jews (John 4:22) and to the Jew first (Matt. 10:5-7; 15:24, etc.).

Today, in the body of Christ, there is no difference between Jew and Gentile (Rom. 3:22; 10:12; Gal. 3:28; Eph. 2:14-22; 3:6; Col. 3:11, etc). It was in “due time” that God demonstrated a new and unique message to and through the Apostle Paul.

This message answers profound questions like: Why is there so much suffering? How can I have victory in my troubles? Exactly where will I spend eternity?’ and clarifies exactly ‘Just what is the good news for today?'.

This message has everything to do with the hope of glory that is quite different than the earthly inheritance God promised (and WILL fulfill) to Israel. Paul is the first in the Bible to speak of believers inheriting the “whole creation” with Christ! (Romans 8:22,23; 1 Corinthians 15:40; Ephesians 1:3,10; 2:6; 3:10; Philippians 3:20; Colossians 1:5; )

IF satan had known the secret: that Christ and His own would not only inherit the EARTH (as prophecy foretold), but that Christ (and His "Body" of believers), would also ascend up far above all HEAVENS, to "fill all things" (Ephesians 4:10), then satan would never have had Christ crucified: he would have said 'you can have the earth, I'll make a play for the rest of creation' (cp 1Cor 2 with Isa. 14).

Yes, the whole Bible is FOR us but not all of it is TO us (e.g. we no longer practice animal sacrifices, etc.). How do we know what is FOR us vs. what is TO us? The answer: CONTEXT!

Yes, “all scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for …instruction in righteousness (2ndTim. 3:16). Today, these ‘how to live’ grace truths are found primarily in the epistles of the Apostle Paul; through whom God chose to complete His Word: God had Paul say this: "I rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body’s sake, which is the church: Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfill [or complete] the word of God; (Paul to the Colossians 1:24,25). The expression "body of Christ" here is very important: it is specific term only given to the Apostle Paul to use in the Bible. Why? Because God gave Paul the responsibility to dispense grace (see Ephesians 3).

Today, in the "body of Christ", "there is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus." (Galatians 3:28; cp Romans 10:12; 1 Corinthians 12:12-13; Colossians 3:11; etc.). This is significant because the earth was promised to Israel! (Genesis 15:18; 26:4; 35:12; Exodus 32:13; 1 Kings 8:36; 1 Chronicles 16:17,18; 28:8; 2 Chronicles 6:27; Psalms 105:10,11; Isa. 49:3-8; Chapters 60& 61; Jeremiah 3:18, etc.).

What does all this mean? God has a two fold purpose: one for the earth, and one for the rest of creation! And it will not be until the end of time that He will "gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in Him (Ephesians 1:10).

Now it is up to you to see if these things are so! (Acts 17:11). In order for today's believer to be “filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom” (Col. 1:9), and have "the full assurance of understanding”, we believe they must acknowledge “the mystery of God” (Col. 2:2): The biggest and best kept secret in the Bible!
